Purchase Committee

There shall be purchase committee for dealing with all matters pertaining to all purchases of the university, in respect of such items where individual cost of each item exceeds rupees one lakh at a time; (b) The committee shall consist of the following members, namely :-

Office Bearers
  1. The Vice-Chancellor --Chairman
  2. The Registrar
  3. The Finance and Accounts Officer
Nominated Members
  1. Three Heads of university, institutions or departments, nominated by the Vice-Chancellor
  2. Two members, nominated by the Management Council, from amongst its members
