As per provision in the Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994, Section 24 following shall be authorities,

• The Senate
• The Management Council
• The Academic Council
• The Board of College and University Department
• The Board of University Teaching and Research
• The Board of Studies
• The Board of Examinations
• The Board of Adult and Continuing Education and Extension Services

Such other bodies of the university as are designed by the Statutes to be the authorities of the university.

As per provision in M.U.A., 1994 Sec 33(1) the faculties shall be the principal academic coordinating authorities of the university.

• Library Committee
• Finance & Account Committee
• Purchase Committee
• Committees for Academic Services Unit
